Pebri Kurniawan, S.H., M.H.

Pebri Kurniawan, S.H., M.H., is the founder and Managing Partner of Kurniawan & Co Lawyers, he has more than 10 years of experience in various business law practices including but not limited to the sectors of Competition Law, Arbitration, Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) and Bankruptcy, Employment and IPR Disputes in the Commercial Court and Regional Head Election (Pilkada) disputes in the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia (MK-RI).

 

He has successfully completed his duties in debt-restructuring endeavors as PKPU Administrator having more than IDR 10 trillion debt claim value, practicing as a Receiver in representing Clients in the property and hospitality sectors, representing Clients in Arbitration disputes having more than USD 50 million claim value, and successfully representing foreign companies (United States) in dispute at the State Administrative Court (PTUN).
