Civil & Commercial Litigation
Our office is extensively experienced in handling cases including:
- Represented a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) to file a petition for Arbitration at the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) against a multinational company having more than USD 50 million claim value;
- Represented a private company to file a petition for arbitration at the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) against another private company having more than IDR 90 billion claim value;
- Represented a Japanese company in a trademark dispute at the Commercial Court up to the cassation level;
- Represented corporations and individuals in civil disputes at the District Court;
Competition & Antitrust Litigation
We are highly experienced in handling business competition cases at KPPU, Objection, and Cassation levels, including:
- Assisted and/or represented a garlic exporting company in an alleged cartel case at Indonesia’s Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) to the Cassation level at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia;
- Assisted and/or represented a shipping company in an alleged price-fixing cartel case at Indonesia’s Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU);
- Assisted and/or represented a BUMN Company in an alleged collusion case in the procurement of Transjakarta buses at Indonesia’s Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) to the Cassation level at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia
Criminal Litigation
We are comprehensively experienced in assisting and defending both corporate and individual clients in criminal cases, including:
- Assisted a Director of an Information Technology (IT) Company in an alleged embezzlement case and the Criminal Investigation Agency of the Indonesian National Police (“Bareskrim Polri”);
- Assisted the Director of a Transportation Company to report an internal party of the company for alleged embezzlement in office case at the Tangerang Resort Police (“Tangerang Police”);
- Assisted a Private Client to report a third party for an alleged documents forgery case at the West Jakarta Resort Police (“West Jakarta Police”);
- Assisted a Client in an alleged corruption case at the Central Jakarta Corruption Court (“Central Jakarta Tipikor”).
Bankruptcy & Suspension of Payment (PKPU) Litigation
Our team has been licensed as a PKPU Administrator and Bankruptcy Receiver so we have extensive experience as Legal Attorney of Applicants, Creditors, Debtors, PKPU Administrator, and Bankruptcy Receivers, among the cases that we have settled are:
- Acted as PKPU Administrator to settle Debt Restructuring for a cement company having more than IDR 6 Trillion claim value;
- Acted as PKPU Administrator of Foundations, PKPU Administrator of Property Companies, PKPU Administrator of Cooperatives, PKPU Administrator of Mining Companies, PKPU Administrator of Expedition Companies, PKPU Administrator of Distributor Companies, having more than 3 Trillion total claim value;
- Acted as Receiver in the Bankruptcy of a Hotel in Yogyakarta having an asset value of more than 200 billion;
- Acted as Legal Counsel for PKPU Debtors of Information Technology (IT) companies to complete Debt Restructuring with their creditors having more than IDR 200 Billion claim value;
- Represented creditors to file claims both in PKPU cases and bankruptcy cases.
Labor & Employment Litigation
We are extensively experienced in representing companies including but not limited to multinational and national companies in employment disputes both at the Bipartite, Tripartite, Industrial Relations Court (PHI), and Cassation levels.
Bringing in-debt experience we are able to solve these employment cases effectively and provide solutions in compliance with regulations in force in Indonesia;
Administrative Litigation
We are highly experienced in representing parties who will file State Administrative Lawsuits (TUN) at the State Administrative Court (PTUN), among the cases that we have handled are:
- Represented and/or assisted a United States Company Client to file a TUN lawsuit at the State Administrative Court (PTUN) regarding the inconsistency of PNBP calculations having more than IDR 150 billion value;
- Represented and/or assisted organizations in disputes regarding the ratification of organizational ownership;
- Represented and/or assisted Clients to file a State Administrative Law lawsuit against the issuance of certificates carried out in contrary to law.
Tax Litigation
Having a team and affiliation with tax consultants allows us to provide prominent opinions or represent companies (Clients) in connection with tax disputes in the Tax Court and bring solutions to corporate tax problems;
Constitutional Law
Our office is highly experienced in litigation at the Constitutional Court (MK) of the Republic of Indonesia, including:
- Acted as Legal Counsel for the General Election Commission (KPU) of the Republic of Indonesia in solving disputes over General Election Results between Legislative Members of the Regional Representative Board against the KPU.
- Acted as Legal Counsel for Political Parties in solving disputes over General Election Results between Political Parties against the KPU.
